You may have heard other telephone companies say they provide great service, then make their customers wait on hold to speak to an overseas call centre who may or may not be able to answer their question (not what we think is great service!).

Everyone says they provide great service, but hardly anyone delivers. Unfortunately by then your business is often locked into a 2,3 or even 5 year deal.

So at Phonestar we’ve introduced the “Real Service Guarantee”.

It’s simple – if you are not happy with our level of service at any time after you join Phonestar, we will not hold you to any minimum term or contract.

  • No penalties
  • No huge payout figures.

If you have financed any equipment through a contract, such as a mobile handset or other phone equipment, we will simply ask you to pay the retail value of this equipment, plus an administration charge. No multiplying the minimum monthly fees, no over-the-top penalty rates.
