You'll have heard that one of PhoneStar's major focuses is Customer Service. That service even extends to their payment system - making it all so easy for you.
Need to pay your bill? You simply choose the best way for you:
Online
Go to the Pay Bill Online option on this website and choose Pay my Bill. This will allow you to enter your credit card details for immediate online payment.
Contact your participating Bank, Credit Union or Building Society, either by internet or telephone, to make this payment from your cheque, savings or credit card account. When prompted enter the biller code and your Customer Reference (on your bill).

Credit Card
Call the PhoneStar Telepay service on 1300 720 917 (24hrs) to pay your bill using Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners. PhoneStar will provide you with a receipt number for your records.
Paying in Person
Please present this payment slip at a Post Office where cash, cheque or credit card will be accepted using the barcode.
Detach the payment slip from the bottom of the bill and return it together with your cheque made out to Telecommunications Payment Services. They are PhoneStar's outsourced transaction payment processing bureau.
Direct Debit
Call 1300 720 619 and register for Direct Debit to nominate your bank account or credit card. Payments will be taken out on the due date for you automatically. You will never have to remember to pay your bill again!
