A Live Answering Service gives your business the professional edge by having a person answer the phone when you are unable to. Our Australian-based operators are available for your business 24 hours, 7 days a week. You can choose to have your 1300 line answered by the team all of the time, or on an overflow basis (e.g. when you are unable to answer your phone, based on certain times in the day, or after hours/weekends).
Your messages are captured by the operator and then sent to you via either SMS or email. 100% of calls will be answered in your business name, and you can choose the way the call is answered. For example “Good morning, you have reached ZZZ Services, this is Mary. How may I direct your call?”. And then – “Joe Bloggs is at a meeting right now, can I take your details and have him return your call?”.
All this at only $45 per month, including your own dedicated 1300 number.
