Customer Testimonials

" We were after someone to assist us with a 1300 phoneword.  Phonestar were excellent - they helped us to find out which phonewords might be available, and even provided a number of alternative suggestions when our preferred choice was unavailable.  They assisted us to buy our preferred option at auction, making sure that we had full ownership of the number rather than having to lease it from somebody.  Their service in activating the number was fast and efficient and the number has been working well ever since. For example:

A Consulting Services wanted to set up some numbers for an advertising campaign on their upcoming seminars, advertised through radio and on their website, but they didn’t want their office staff answering these calls.

After using Phonestar’s free advisory service, they decided to obtain 2 different 1300 numbers; one for enquiries off the website and for for enquiries from the radio campaign. Each 1300 number went to a single messagebank that requested the callers to register for more information. This enabled them to capture the information they needed from callers in a managed way, and also enabled them to test the efficiency of each advertising medium.
